Would you like to work outdoors and have a varied job? Then come work at Klimbos Assen as an instructor!
Before the guests arrive, you climb all the climbing routes to do the morning check. Then when the climbers arrive, they are welcomed at the cash desk of Klimbos Assen. You make sure everyone can start climbing safely. You gather all climbers, then help put on the climbing harnesses and give instruction to small groups of guests. After the guests have shown they have understood the instruction, you send them into the forest to climb independently.
Besides giving instruction, you will supervise in the forest, helping guests where necessary. You also monitor compliance with (safety) rules.
Naturally, you are customer-friendly and enjoy helping others! In addition, you are not afraid to take responsibility and make sure the guests have a great time climbing. As an instructor, you will first receive extensive in-house training and when you are ready, you will stand alone in front of the group of guests.

You gather all climbers, cross the road with them towards the climbing forest and then help put on the climbing harnesses and give instruction to small groups of guests. After the guests have shown they have understood the instruction, you send them into the forest to climb independently.
Besides giving instruction, you will supervise in the forest, helping guests where necessary. You also monitor compliance with (safety) rules.

After the guests are received at the box office, you make sure that everyone can start climbing safely. You help put on the climbing harnesses and instruct small groups of guests. After the guests have shown that they have understood the instruction, they can start climbing independently. Afterwards, you will supervise in the forest. You help guests where necessary, answer questions, coach the guests through the routes and make sure (safety) rules are observed. Of course, there will also be plenty of time for a chat with the guests!
Naturally, you are hospitable, friendly and enjoy helping others! In addition, you are not afraid to take responsibility and make sure the guests have a nice climbing outing. In addition, you like being outdoors and varied work.
As an instructor, you will receive extensive in-house training on your working days and when you are ready, you will be in front of the group of guests.
