Yes, it is highly recommended to book tickets online. Unfortunately, we cannot book reservations by phone.

Without a reservation, there may not be room in an instruction immediately and you may therefore have to wait a (longer) time.

Only if you want to climb, you need tickets. There is free entry for anyone who just wants to come and watch.

The junior routes (orange) are suitable for anyone at least 6 years old and with a minimum height of 1.20m. The regular routes are available to anyone taller than 1.40m. Unsure which ticket to buy? Then choose a junior ticket, which can always be upgraded to a regular ticket on location.

Tickets cannot be cancelled. However, you can move the climbing date or instruction time to another date or time 24 hours in advance. You can always rebook, provided there are enough climbing spots available.
