Do you have a question?

Do I need to buy tickets in advance?

Yes, it is highly recommended to book tickets online. Unfortunately, we cannot book reservations by phone.

Without a reservation, there may not be room in an instruction immediately and you may therefore have to wait a (longer) time.

Who do I buy a ticket for?

Only if you want to climb will you need a ticket. There is free entry if you want to come and watch.

The junior routes are open to anyone who is at least 6 years old and 1.20m tall. For the regular routes, you must be at least 1.40m tall. In some cases, a guide must be present. See our regulations for this.

Can I change or cancel a ticket?

Tickets cannot be cancelled. However, you can move your booking to another date or time 24 hours before the climbing date or instruction time. You can always rebook, provided there are enough climbing spots available.
