Gnome trail Pijnenburg

Will you come and find Gnome Pijnenburg?

The route is 1.3 km long and follows gnome poles. During the route, walkers will come across 6 large (unique!) gnome poles where an assignment can be carried out. The matching gnome booklet (with tasks) and gnome hat can be purchased at the cash desk of Klimbos Lage Vuursche. If the children show the result of assignment 6 afterwards, they will also receive a cool souvenir.

The route is suitable for children aged about 2 to 6 years. A gnome pack costs โ‚ฌ6.95.

Frequently asked questions

What does the gnome package entail?

A gnome pack consists of all the materials a child needs to do the route. We recommend 1 pack per child, as this consists of:
- an assignment booklet
- gnome hat
- coloured pencils
- Afterwards, the little gnome can also collect a reward.

If necessary, an extra gnome hat can be bought for other children or companions.

Is it easy to park at the gnome trail?

Yes! There is free parking at Klimbos Lage Vuursche, which is also the start of the gnome route.
The address is: Hoge Vuurseweg 9, Lage Vuursche

When can the gnome trail be walked?

The route itself is accessible all year round. However, the gnome pack can only be bought during opening hours of Klimbos Lage Vuursche.

Is the route also wheelchair-friendly/buggyproof?

Unfortunately, the route is not fully accessible for people in wheelchairs or children in buggies. The paths are too narrow in some parts.
