Yes, it is highly recommended to book tickets online. Unfortunately, we cannot book reservations by phone.

Without a reservation, there may not be room in an instruction immediately and you may therefore have to wait a (longer) time.

Only if you want to climb will you need a ticket. There is free entry for people who just want to watch.

The junior routes (orange) are accessible to anyone who is at least 6 years old and at least 1.20m tall. The regular routes can also be climbed if you are at least 1.40m tall.
If you are unsure which ticket you need, opt for a junior ticket, on site it can always be upgraded to a regular ticket.

Tickets cannot be cancelled. However, you can move the climbing date or instruction time to another date or time 24 hours in advance. You can always rebook, provided there are enough climbing spots available.
